What each one does
The PTL 1.5 electric pallet truck lifts the forks 200 mm — just enough for the pallet to clear the floor and move. It is a machine for the loading bay, for taking a pallet from the doors to the picking area, for loading a lorry bed.
The PSM 1.2 stacker does all of that and has a mast as well, so it puts the pallet on a level. You pay for that with a higher price, more weight and slightly worse manoeuvrability.

Choosing on a single question
Look at where the pallet finally ends up. On the floor or in a lorry — take the pallet truck. On a shelf above head height — you need a stacker, and no discount on a pallet truck changes that.
